For International Women’s Day 2018, I encouraged all associates to share on social media what they were doing for the special day, or a few words about inspirational women in their lives.
- Initiative was communicated through HR toolkit, special edition of Headline News, and the M Live Daily (internal channels)
- Associates were to tag their posts with #IWD2018 and #WomenOfMarriott
- I created this landing page that pulled in all appropriate mentions: http://bit.ly/WomenOfMarriottIWD2018
- Landing page was displayed on HQ digital boards, promoted on MI social, and available to any properties who wished to display on their own digital boards
- I posted relevant content on the MI social channels throughout the day, liked all associate posts, and retweeted many of them
- Metrics: 17MM impressions
